Eagleview, King of Prussia Town Center, the Village at Valley Forge and the newest townhome stock. Nothing leaks; the problem is that household moisture cannot get out without mechanical ventilation.
If you are not sure, the seasonal pattern usually settles it. Damp after heavy rain points at the river corridor or a drainage fault. Constantly damp at the base of a wall with white bloom points at the stone belt. Damp in July and dry in January points at the postwar and subdivision belt. Condensation on windows and in closets in a house under fifteen years old points at the tight-envelope group.
